Hey! Welcome to the platform! I suspect there is a genetic component to burnout. Something that we can’t our shouldn’t eat or do that affects us in ways that we have not yet identified. At any rate I’m learning how to want less and to do less. It’s freeing in so many ways because when I have energy there are a plethora of things I want to do with that time. Read a book. Sew something or write something. Do yard work. Play with the dogs. And then I can!
